These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except in case of cancellation prior express written consent. www.montrol-e.com may occasionally amend sections of its general conditions, so it is advisable that they be read at each visit Web page www.montrol-e.com. These changes are attributable from publishing on the Internet and may not apply to contracts concluded earlier. Every purchase on the website is governed by the general conditions prevailing at the date of the order. We believe that once you have placed an order, will be accepted without our terms of sale after having read them. Accessing the Site, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use contained therein.

3. Product information.
www.montrol-e.com pays great attention to information on the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions of its partner companies and manufacturers, and photographs illustrating the products. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting the best market standards.
4. Prices.
The sale prices listed on the Site are in Euros. is included in these prices and shipping costs are paid by the user and added to the total amount of your order. In the basket of shopping cart, you will notice that we add the assembly (including valve and balance) and rate of waste management
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However , we are committed to apply the current prices indicated in the WebSite at the time of placing your order.
5. Availability.
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock.
If one of the items ordered were not in stock, we pledge to send an e-mail as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to tell the time within which we can ship your product. Because of internal procedures the product may be out of stock although it was available at the time of making the order. In this case, the user will be notified by e-mail. If the user is not interested in waiting he may request the reimbursement of the full amount paid, at a maximum of 30 days.
6. Fitting the tires.
The purchased products will be sent to Spain and the rest of Europe. For orders outside of Spain consult purchase information, mode of delivery in the email address info@montrol-e.com or by phone.
The order will be sent to the address indicated in the purchase.
The costumer will receive the order at a maximum of 20 working days since the order confirmation, unless we inform the user by e-mail or by the transportation company.
Shipping costs depends of the selected product and will be informed before the end of the purchase process.
The website makes every effort to respect the deadlines mentioned. However, the website is not responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or loss of package caused by someone outside the contract of carriage, for yourself or for reasons or causes unpredictable. Furthermore, the payment modality chosen by you can affect the delivery times (see clause 7).
If you do not receive a package in the deadline, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier that could last several days (the period is approximately fourteen (14) business days). During this period, you can not perform any forwarding or refund the order.
We advise you to receive your package check that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered or condition thereof, and indicate strong hand in the carrier's delivery note anomalies found on receipt.
7. Payment conditions.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will not be considered and will not be processed until payment has been authorized by your bank.
8. Right of withdrawal.
The User has seven (7) working days to return a product if he is not satisfied with it. Within this period, you can return the product (the cost of return shipping will run on your own) along with the invoice and proof of payment.
9 Guarantees.
According to the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, all the purchased products have the legal guarantee of conformity witch last 12 month. For any technical problem the user could sent and e-mail to tec@montrol.e.com.
10. Litigation and liability.
The website is not responsible for non-fulfillment of these conditions in case of force majeure and in the absence of the client or any unforeseeable by a person outside the contract. Also is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on the site.
11. Privacy Policy.
The personal information that the user must give us are essential for sending orders, writing invoices and warranty contracts. The absence of these data lead to the automatic cancellation of orders. By entering in this website, you’re agreed to provide valid personal information. Provide false or incorrect information is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions of Use. The personal information you provide will be treated by Montrol Solutions in Spain, so it’s under Spanish law. The User may at any time regarding his personal data, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with European texts and national laws in use by e-mail to sales@montrol-e.com
You may at any time, and upon request, modify or cancel these data.
12. Intellectual Property.
The content in this website (pictures, text, names, images, videos) is owned by Wattia S.L. Any use part or all of the contents in any form or medium must be approved by the website. All information, content, files and programs offered by our service is protected by Spanish law regarding industrial property, intellectual and copyright. Montrol Solutions disallows copy, publication or distribution of any content to any place which do not have intellectual property rights. Any use of these contents in a fraudulent manner will be considered as offenses relating to intellectual property, punishable by the Spanish Penal Code.
